The Pagot brothers were cartoonists and pioneers of Italian animation. After their early illustrations for \u201cTopolino\u201d and \u201cCorriere dei Piccoli\u201d, they created many advertising campaigns for cinema and television. Authors of the cartoon adapted from Peter Pan and Sherlock Holmes stories, they started a close collaboration with the Americans Hanna and Barbera creating a series of highly-popular animated characters such as Calimero, Joe Condor and Gris\u00f9 the Dragon.
